You deserve to feel heard

you are worthy of feeling better

Most clients arrive telling me they just want someone to validate their experience. To be truly seen and heard by another human being. I am privileged to be the one to hold space for so many during some of the darkest moments in their lives.

In my therapy practice I work with the whole person--physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual--taking a holistic approach. Through this kind of whole-self therapy, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself on all levels and feel empowered to make positive changes in your life. This is done in a nonjudgmental, caring, and confidential space.

“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”

Healing Trauma

My approach is trauma-informed and utilizes the framework of the 8-phase model of EMDR. I also draw from other theories including structural dissociation, attachment, psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, experiential, and family systems. Mindfulness is woven in throughout our work together.

Healing Disordered Eating

Eating disorders are serious and can be life-threatening if not properly treated. Behaviors may include some combination of restricting, binging, over-exercising, and other compensatory measures. Body image is often distorted. Thoughts of food and body can become all-consuming, negatively impacting all areas of a client’s life.
